I started Comfort Culture after my girlfriend said, "I wish I could wear my blanket all the time." The idea was simple: make that kind of comfort wearable beyond the couch.

Why we started
Warm clothes, made easy to buy.
I was tired of seeing the same sweatpants with another logo added to the front. The first prototypes were warm, but my girlfriend had one more note: "They need to be cute, though." Annoying for a moment. Also completely fair.

My story
One comment, then a lot of work.
I'm Blake. Once I had the blanket idea, I spoke with factories and designers, tested different shapes and colours, and kept going until the pants felt genuinely comforting and looked like something you would choose to wear outside.
When I brought the revised pair home, my girlfriend wore them for weeks. They stopped feeling like a prototype and became the pants she naturally reached for. That was when we decided to launch Comfort Culture.

Finding the feel

Blake worked with designers and a partner manufacturer, testing shapes, colours and the sherpa lining. The first prototypes were warm.

0-1 business day handling, then 2-4 business days to the US and Canada from our US warehouse (operated by Commercive), and 2-4 business days across New Zealand and Australia from our Palmerston North warehouse. Tracking supplied after dispatch.

Still not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Post it back to our returns address in Palmerston North, New Zealand (you cover the return postage) and we'll ship the new size to you free, with no restocking fee.

Comfort Culture is a New Zealand-owned business. Our products are made in China and distributed from New Zealand and the USA. We hold our stock with fulfilment partners in the United States (Commercive) and New Zealand, and every order ships from one of them.
Where do returns go?
Every return goes to our warehouse at 97B Keith Street, Roslyn, Palmerston North 4414, New Zealand. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide instructions.
What if the size is not right?
