How payment works
- You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are set in USD and converted for your selected country at the exchange rate applied at checkout.
- No surcharge is added for any payment method. The checkout total, including shipping and any tax we are required to collect, is the full amount we charge.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; Comfort Culture does not store your full card number.
- Eligible refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item, including bank processing. See our Return and Refund Policy.
- If the checkout total is not what you expect, do not complete the payment; contact us first.
