Comfort Culture is a private-label brand. We do not run our own factory. Our products are made for us by third-party manufacturers in China and sold under the Comfort Culture name. We hold our stock with fulfilment partners in the United States (Commercive) and New Zealand, and every order ships from one of them.

Shipping and returns

As of September 2026 our United States and New Zealand warehouses are both stocked and shipping. We ship to the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden. United States orders ship from our US warehouse, operated by Commercive, by USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx. Canadian orders ship from the same US warehouse by UPS, or by USPS with final delivery by Canada Post. Estimated transit for both destinations is 2-4 business days after dispatch. New Zealand and Australian orders ship from Palmerston North by NZ Post in 2-4 business days after dispatch. The UK, Denmark and Sweden ship from our US warehouse, operated by Commercive, in 5-10 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping costs US$4.95 in the United States and is free when your order subtotal is US$80 or more. Other countries are charged in their local currency: Canada C$8 (free from C$115), New Zealand NZ$9 (free from NZ$141), Australia A$8 (free from A$115), United Kingdom £4 (free from £62), Denmark 33 kr (free from 534 kr) and Sweden 50 kr (free from 804 kr). Handling time is 0-1 business day. Order cut-off: 4:00 pm Pacific time (Los Angeles) for the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom; 4:00 pm New Zealand time (Auckland) for New Zealand and Australia. Comfort Culture covers all additional customs and import charges in full for every country we ship to. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your selected country.

You can request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Non-faulty items must be new and unworn with tags; post them within 14 days of receiving our return instructions. Restocking fee: 0% (USD $0.00). Every return goes to the Keith Street address above. Eligible refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item, including bank processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed securely by Shopify. No surcharge is added for any payment method. See Payment Options.

Our website uses a combination of photography and AI-assisted imagery. We review AI-assisted images against our physical products to check that they accurately represent the design, colour, texture and key details. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Product descriptions, size guides and material details provide additional information about each item.
