Why Choose Comfort Pants?

Most sweatpants do one job well. They are easy to pull on. After that, the differences are often a logo, a colour, or a slightly different cut.

Comfort Pants started with a different question: what if your everyday pants felt closer to the blanket you reach for on a cold night?

They are made for the cold parts of an ordinary day

Comfort Pants have a soft woven outer and a warm sherpa-style lining. They are designed for the moments when standard sweatpants can feel a little thin: early mornings, working from home, errands, travel, watching sport from the sideline, or settling in after dinner.

They are warm, but they are still pants. You get an elastic waistband, side pockets, and a relaxed shape that is easy to wear outside the house.

Comfort should not mean giving up on how you look

Our first prototypes were all about warmth. They did that part well, but Blake Dowdall's girlfriend gave him a very fair piece of feedback: they also needed to look cute.

That sent the design back to the drawing board. The shape, colours, and overall finish had to feel considered, not like a blanket with legs. The result is a relaxed silhouette that works with a fitted tee, a knit, or a winter jacket.

The fit is intentionally relaxed

The lining adds warmth and volume, so Comfort Pants are not meant to fit like leggings or slim joggers. Comfort Pants have a relaxed fit and run slightly large. If you’re between sizes, choose one size down.

Measurements and current product photos are available on each product page. If the fit is not right, you can request one eligible size exchange within 30 days after delivery. You arrange and pay the return postage, and we cover standard shipping for the approved replacement pair.

They solve a simple problem

You should not have to choose between getting dressed and staying under the blanket. Comfort Pants were made for the days when you want both.
